How to get an education abroad?
First we need to decide what the purpose of our trip is, how we are going to learn the language in general, and where we are going to start. Maybe we are going to get a master's degree? Then we are not so much concerned with the diploma, as with the level of the program and its continuity. Maybe our desires are quite modest - we just want to relax in a well-studied country, and we don't care what language we will learn.
Do you want to know more about the culture of the country you're going to? Then from the geography course you know that many countries have interesting and unusual architecture. And you can go to them - anywhere, in any city or village. You can also visit the most famous tourist centers to study the life of the locals, the sights, the culture, to try the national cuisine, and to plunge into the ancient atmosphere. At your own risk, you can try to travel around the country by car, plane or train. Or maybe you decide to conquer a snowy peak or want to visit a river delta.
Choose a country to your liking, and start preparing for your trip. If you are young and energetic, you can go to school to learn English. There you will learn how to speak and give the basics of grammar. You can also enroll in courses of fine arts. If you are attracted to national traditions and culture, you can go for a month in some English-speaking country to live a little longer in the local traditions. If you are more interested in the old traditions, you should go to Europe. There you can live for a while in a local family and get acquainted with the traditions.
If you have a small salary, do not despair, you can get a job at a travel agency or in a major hotel to become a guide in a country. There you can live in a room for one person and even for a small salary you can learn something new about a particular country. You can also do scientific work and travel around the country on scientific expeditions for little money.
Don't forget that before you start learning a language, you need to learn the alphabet, the simple rules of the language, and just learn how to express your thoughts. Just read books with these rules, talk to native speakers if you know the language. Don't forget that you will have to communicate with new people and get used to a new country, it will not be easy at first. But most importantly, you need to be sure that you do everything right, that you really want to learn English, and not just travel around the country.
